Self Organizing Systems

For

Patients

I'm a general adult psychiatrist practicing in the east end of Pittsburgh. By "general," I mean to say I can be helpful for a wide variety of mental health problems, of almost any severity.

I prefer to meet in person but I do offer remote visits. In patient care, I approach the person as a whole rather than focusing only on a diagnosis and a medication, important though those may be.

Apart from medications, we may also address psychological concerns, sleep habits, lifestyle issues like diet and exercise, and a wide variety of complimentary treatments like vitamins or light therapy. This holistic view unfolds over time, and at various points, the focus of our work may shift from one aspect of the treatment plan to another. If you think this could be helpful, I welcome inquiries.
