I welcome communication from physicians, therapists, or any allied professional. This can be directly about the business of providing care, but I also welcome other collaboration or ideas.

If you have a patient to refer, please email me directly or call. Alternatively you can give a patient the above email (preferred) or phone number and once they reach out I'll take it from there.

If you're taking patients, please let me know! I maintain a referral list of my own. I generally like to have at least a brief phone call before referring, and of course I will extend the same courtesy on request.
